This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit this founder portfolio or submit a contact or meeting request.
1. Who operates this site
This portfolio is operated by Somnath Saha, founder of SimpleAgentix. For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests, email founder@simpleagentix.in.
2. Information you may provide
The contact experience may ask for your name, email address, organization, conversation topic, preferred meeting date and time, time zone, and message. Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment credentials, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive records.
3. How the contact form works
The form records the information you enter, the request type, submission time, source page, and referrer when available. It does not ask for payment credentials, passwords, or government identification numbers.
4. Purpose and retention
- Respond to enquiries, partnership proposals, pilot interest, founder networking, or meeting requests.
- Maintain a reasonable record of relevant business correspondence.
- Protect the portfolio and communication channels from misuse.
Submitted records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as required by law. You may request deletion, subject to legitimate record-keeping obligations.
5. Cookies and local storage
This portfolio does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, account sessions, or cross-site behavioural tracking. Essential browser behaviour required to display and operate the site is not used to build an advertising profile. If analytics or additional integrations are introduced, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before use.
6. External services
The site links to third-party services including email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, YC Startup School, Tracxn, StartupLanes, Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, and SimpleAgentix. Their own privacy terms apply after you open those services. This portfolio does not control their data practices.
7. Your choices
You may choose not to use the form and contact the founder directly. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted through the form or contained in correspondence by emailing the address above. Identity verification may be requested before fulfilling a privacy request.
8. Security and changes
Reasonable care is used when handling correspondence, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Material changes to this notice will be published here with an updated effective date.
